Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the United States, including:

Alaska and Hawaii

State-side APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship internationally. If you are located outside the U.S., please visit our Distributor Page to find an authorized reseller in your region.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being received.

During peak sale times can extend the time it takes us to process the orders.

Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays).

Delivery timeframes begin once the carrier picks up the order from our warehouse.

Shipping Rates

Flat Rate: $9.99 for orders under $115 (pre-tax, after discounts).

Free Shipping: Orders $115 and above (pre-tax, after discounts).

Rates are applied automatically at checkout.

Carriers & Methods

USPS Ground Advantage is our primary shipping method. However, other carriers may be used at our discretion if it is more cost-effective.

Shipping times vary by carrier and destination; we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed once your order leaves our warehouse.

Please check your spam/junk folders if you do not see the email.

Incorrect or missing email addresses will prevent tracking updates.

Delivery & Liability

Most packages are delivered without requiring a signature. Drivers may leave packages at their discretion.

A “signature required” service is available by request for an additional fee.

Once a package is delivered to the shipping address provided, The Rag Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Pressure washing: the ULTRA H2O Complete Kit includes our spray gun, foam cannon, spray wand, and your choice of nozzle.
Rinseless wash kits: wash with one bucket and no hose using the Optimum No Rinse + Ultra Safe Sponge Wash Kit, Rapid Rinseless Wash Kit, Absolute Rinseless Wash Kit, or Armour Detail Supply Rinseless Bundle.
Clay kits: the Clay Bar Starter Kit and The ULTRA Clay Kit include clay, lubricant, and microfiber towels.
