Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the United States, including:

Alaska and Hawaii

State-side APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship internationally. If you are located outside the U.S., please visit our Distributor Page to find an authorized reseller in your region.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being received.

During peak sale times can extend the time it takes us to process the orders.

Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays).

Delivery timeframes begin once the carrier picks up the order from our warehouse.

Shipping Rates

Flat Rate: $9.99 for orders under $115 (pre-tax, after discounts).

Free Shipping: Orders $115 and above (pre-tax, after discounts).

Rates are applied automatically at checkout.

Carriers & Methods

USPS Ground Advantage is our primary shipping method. However, other carriers may be used at our discretion if it is more cost-effective.

Shipping times vary by carrier and destination; we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed once your order leaves our warehouse.

Please check your spam/junk folders if you do not see the email.

Incorrect or missing email addresses will prevent tracking updates.

Delivery & Liability

Most packages are delivered without requiring a signature. Drivers may leave packages at their discretion.

A “signature required” service is available by request for an additional fee.

Once a package is delivered to the shipping address provided, The Rag Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

How to choose the right coating

Ceramic coating kits: the Gtechniq Complete Ceramic Coating Kit (CSL & EXO), EXOv5 + Panel Wipe + Crystal Serum Light (CSL) Kit, and GT1 Ceramic Coating Kit bundle the coatings you need together. The GT1 kit also includes an applicator pad, microfiber cloths, and gloves, and the P&S Coating Bundle takes you from surface prep to final wipe down.
Glass coatings: Gtechniq G1 ClearVision Smart Glass lasts up to two years on windshields. Gtechniq G5 is for maximum water beading. Armour Detail Supply Glass Coating starts repelling water at 30 mph.
Wheel, trim, and film coatings: Armour Detail Supply Wheel Coating, Gtechniq C4 Permanent Trim Restorer, and Gtechniq HALO V2 for vinyl wraps and paint protection film.
Pro paint coatings: Gtechniq C1 Crystal Lacquer, Armour Detail Supply Pro Quartz Coating, and P&S Inspiration Sole, which works as a one-year coating on its own or as a boost over P&S Inspiration.
Prep: Armour Detail Supply Panel Prep and Gtechniq Panel Wipe remove polishing oils and residue so the coating bonds.

Prep, apply, and maintain

Wash, decontaminate, and polish first, then wipe down with a panel prep. Apply with a coating applicator and level with a coating towel.
