Streaky glass is one of the most annoying parts of detailing. Most of the time, the towel is the problem. A microfiber glass towel has a tight, low-pile weave that picks up cleaner and grime without leaving lint behind.
How to choose the right glass cleaning towel
- Wrinkle Glass Towel: our newest glass towel and already a customer favorite. One side has a wrinkle texture that grabs dust, grime, and fingerprints. The other side has a short nap for a streak-free final buff. It's stretchy, so it stays flat on the glass instead of bunching up.
- Diamond Weave Glass & Window Towel: a diamond-scale texture that blends waffle-weave and herringbone styles to wipe away dust, grime, and fingerprints.
- Premium Glass & Window Towel: dual-sided. A textured corduroy side grabs dirt and a smooth side buffs to a clear finish.
- Standard Waffle-Weave: absorbent waffle pockets for windows, mirrors, and drying small areas.
- Dry Me A River: our premium waffle-weave towel and a detailer favorite since 1999.
Tips for streak-free glass
Use two towels: one to clean and one to buff dry. Keep your glass towels separate from towels used with waxes or dressings. Wash them on their own with a microfiber detergent.
