Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the United States, including:
Alaska and Hawaii
State-side APO/FPO addresses
We do not ship internationally. If you are located outside the U.S., please visit our Distributor Page to find an authorized reseller in your region.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being received.
During peak sale times can extend the time it takes us to process the orders.
Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays).
Delivery timeframes begin once the carrier picks up the order from our warehouse.
Shipping Rates
Flat Rate: $9.99 for orders under $115 (pre-tax, after discounts).
Free Shipping: Orders $115 and above (pre-tax, after discounts).
Rates are applied automatically at checkout.
Carriers & Methods
USPS Priority Mail (2–3 days) is our primary shipping method.
USPS Parcel Select or UPS may be used at our discretion if more cost-effective.
Shipping times vary by carrier and destination; we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed once your order leaves our warehouse.
Please check your spam/junk folders if you do not see the email.
Incorrect or missing email addresses will prevent tracking updates.
Delivery & Liability
Most packages are delivered without requiring a signature. Drivers may leave packages at their discretion.
A “signature required” service is available by request for an additional fee.
Once a package is delivered to the shipping address provided, The Rag Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

Our Elephant Leather Oil is a natural care product that has been specially developed for the care of smooth leather. It helps to keep the leather supple and soft, impregnating and protecting it from elements such as rain and sunlight. Applying the oil also protects the leather from aging. Environmentally friendly, the recipe is based on natural ingredients and contains no chemical solvents, making Elephant Leather Oil over 95% biodegradable. It is suitable for the care of leather jackets, motorcycle gear, car seats, shoes, belts, as well as saddles, tack and saddlebags. The liquid form is particularly useful in cooler temperatures, as an oil is easier and evenly applied to the leather than leather grease. Elephant Leather Oil is also ideal for extremely neglected dry leather. With regular use, the leather is protected and stays beautiful for longer.
