Before You Start: 

• Ensure both removable light bars are fully charged using the included USB-C cable (check battery level indicators) 
• Extend the mounting frame (48–77 in) to span your vehicle's interior cabin, cargo bay, or open engine hood 
• Verify that the foam-cushioned hanging hooks are securely anchored before releasing tension, or deploy the fold-out base for freestanding use 
• Do not shine the high-intensity LED or UV beams directly into eyes during positioning 
• Keep charging ports and module connectors free from moisture, cleaner overspray, and debris 

Application: 

• STEP 1 – EXPAND & MOUNT: Extend the frame (48–77 in) and secure the foam-cushioned hooks across the vehicle cabin, grab handles, or under the hood—or deploy the 10-position fold-out base on any flat surface. 
• STEP 2 – POWER & BRIGHTNESS: Turn on one or both light bars and select High (up to 2,000 lm total) or Low (up to 1,000 lm total) to flood the workspace with shadow-free 6500K white light. 
• STEP 3 – DETACH FOR CLOSE-UPS: When working in tight spaces, slide or unclip one or both light bars off the frame to use as portable handheld inspection wands. 
• STEP 4 – ENGAGE UV MODE: Switch on the built-in 395 nm UV mode to detect hidden organic stains, chemical residue, pet accidents, or missed interior contamination. 
• STEP 5 – POSITION VIA HOOKS: Rotate the light bars or hang individual bars using their integrated 360° secondary hooks to illuminate footwells, door pockets, or under-seat channels. 
• STEP 6 – COLLAPSE & PACK: Re-dock the bars into the main frame, fold down the collapsible structure, and connect via USB-C to charge (approx. 4 hours) for your next detail session.

Coverage starts on your original purchase date. It applies to lights bought new from The Rag Company or an authorized retailer, and it covers the original purchaser. 

What's covered 

• The light stops working or won't charge under normal use 
• The light arrives dead or defective 
• Switches, LEDs, the battery or the housing fail from a manufacturing defect 

What's not covered 

• Damage from drops, impact, or crushing beyond the light's rating (IK07) 
• Damage any water or chemical exposure 
• Damage from misuse, modification, or opening the light 
• Damage from chargers or cables we didn't supply 
• Cosmetic wear, scratches, and the gradual loss of battery run time that comes with normal use 
• Lost or stolen lights 

Damaged in shipping? 

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the light and the box, and we'll take care of it. 

How to make a claim: 

Email support@theragcompany.com with: 

• Your order number 
• A short description of the problem 
• Photos or a short video showing the issue 

We may walk you through a couple of quick checks first, like a full charge or trying a different cable. If the light is defective, we'll repair it, replace it with the same or an equivalent model, or refund you, at our discretion. We may ask you to send the original light back, and we'll provide a prepaid label if we do. 

A replacement light is covered for the rest of your original warranty period. 

The fine print 

This limited warranty is our only warranty on DLS lights. To the extent the law allows, any implied warranties are limited to the warranty period above, and we're not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have others that vary by state.
