The Rag Company – Consumables Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee

Covered Products
This policy applies to all TRC-branded consumable detailing products, including but not limited to:
- Microfiber towels
- Wash mitts
- Wash pads
- Clay bars and clay media
Warranty Coverage
We guarantee that all TRC consumable products are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase.
If a consumable product shows a manufacturing defect within 30 days of the purchase date, The Rag Company will:
- Replace the defective item at no cost OR
- Issue a full refund of the purchase price
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with the performance of your TRC consumable product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange — even if it has been used, provided it was used as intended.
Exclusions
The following are not covered under this warranty:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., gradual fiber degradation, matting, or loss of absorbency from regular use)
- Damage from improper care or use (including but not limited to washing with fabric softeners, exposure to excessive heat, or using incompatible chemicals)
- Abuse or misuse (e.g., using a towel for purposes other than detailing, cutting or altering the product)
- Products that have been modified or altered after purchase
- Chemicals
How to Make a Claim
- Contact TRC Customer Service via support@theragcompany.com with:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
- Description and, if possible, photos of the defect or issue
- We will provide a prepaid shipping label if the product needs to be returned for inspection
- Upon verification of eligibility, a replacement or refund will be issued within 5–7 business days
