Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with the performance of your TRC consumable product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange — even if it has been used, provided it was used as intended.
After 30 days a claim must be filed with IK.
Note exclusions: Misuse/negligence; incompatible chemicals; lack of maintenance; disassembly/modification; wear parts (seals, O-rings, filters).
