Multi Star (Ms) is a highly concentrated, phosphate and NTA-free alkaline pre-cleaner designed for cars and trucks. Its rich, high-foaming formula combines premium complexing agents with specialized surfactants to quickly break down tough deposits such as insects, bird droppings, and environmental or rim dirt. Perfect for busy car washes and non-contact high-pressure cleaning, it delivers powerful performance while remaining safe on sensitive surfaces like anodized aluminum thanks to built-in corrosion inhibitors. How to Use
- For general pre-cleaning, dilute between 1:30 and 1:50 depending on dirt level
- For rim cleaning, use a dilution between 1:3 and 1:10
- For copolymer dewaxing, dilute between 1:5 and 1:10
- For self-service high-pressure washing, use a 1:300 dilution
- Apply evenly over the entire surface and allow a short reaction time
- Rinse thoroughly with a high-pressure cleaner to remove all residues
- Follow VDA Class A guidelines with a maximum reaction time of 5 minutes and maximum concentration of 1:300
- Follow VDA Class B guidelines with a maximum reaction time of 1 minute and maximum concentration of 1:30

Within 30 days from purchase: TRC will replace items damaged in shipping upon inspection of photos. Opened, used, or partially used products excluded, as well as any degradation from storage or environmental exposure; customer dissatisfaction with scent, color, or consistency; misuse.
After 30 days: no warranty applies.
