I received my bottle of Release on Friday afternoon. Unfortunately during shipping the spray nozzle was broken. I took a picture and emailed it to The Rag Company. I was checking for an email over the weekend. This afternoon I got home to find they had shipped me a replacement bottle of Release. Everything I have ordered from The Rag Company has been great. Works terrific on those difficult clients that have terrible interiors. A quick tornador and vacuum then spray and vacuum and take much of the embedded stuff out.

This product truly works as described. Dirt, pet hair, etc. vacuums up great compared to not using RELEASE. I do wish they had an unscented version though. The smell isn’t terrible, but don’t care to smell constantly since I vacuum often.
