Strong Leather Cleaner is designed for deep cleaning of particularly dirty surface-dyed smooth leather. It comes in a convenient foam dispenser, allowing for more efficient cleaning than liquid products. Foam reduces product usage, improves application control, and minimizes moisture exposure—helping to prevent the leather from hardening as it dries.
Recommended Use:
Ideal for surface-dyed smooth leather found in car interiors, furniture upholstery, bags, suitcases, and more.
Coverage:
One 200 ml bottle is enough to clean an entire vehicle interior or a full set of furniture.
How to Use:
- Always test in an inconspicuous area first to ensure there are no adverse effects on the leather.
- Dispense the foam onto a sponge never apply directly to the leather.
- Clean the leather evenly from seam to seam.
- Repeat the process as needed for stubborn dirt.
- Remove any loosened dirt and remaining product with a damp cloth, then allow the leather to dry naturally.
For light to moderate soiling, use Mild Leather Cleaner. For more extreme dirt (e.g., barn finds or heavily neglected leather), use Strong Leather Cleaner. Thorough cleaning not only removes grime but also helps preserve the leather’s color and overall condition.
For deep-seated dirt within the grain, use the COLOURLOCK Leather Cleaning Brush to enhance results.
Aftercare:
Once cleaned, the leather should be conditioned with a suitable care product to maintain softness and protect against wear. Note: On older leather, some stains may have penetrated the surface or may be due to color damage rather than dirt. In such cases, cleaners may not be effective. Use Leather Fresh for color restoration or seek professional assistance if needed.
