How to Use
Before You Start:
- Ensure your pressure washer is powered off and all residual line pressure is fully bled before installing fittings
- Apply quality PTFE thread sealant tape or liquid thread sealant to male NPT threads to ensure a leak-proof seal
- Inspect the internal O-rings and ball bearings to verify they are clean and free of grit or sand
- Avoid cross-threading couplers when threading onto spray guns or accessories
- Always test on a small hidden area first
Application:
- STEP 1 – PREP THREADS: Apply 3 to 5 wraps of PTFE thread sealing tape in a clockwise direction around all exposed male pipe threads.
- STEP 2 – THREAD & TIGHTEN: Thread the male-threaded coupler and female-threaded coupler onto your target spray gun, wand, or accessory until wrench-tight.
- STEP 3 – ENGAGE AUTO-LOCK: Push the matching 1/4" plug firmly into the auto-lock socket; the collar automatically snaps forward to lock the fitting securely.
- STEP 4 – VERIFY CONNECTION: Give the connected accessory a firm tug to confirm the auto-lock collar is fully engaged before pressurizing the system.
- STEP 5 – PRESSURIZE & DETAIL: Turn on your pressure washer and transition smoothly between lances, foam cannons, and rinse tips during your wash routine.
- STEP 6 – DISCONNECT SAFELY: Power off the machine, squeeze the gun trigger to depressurize the hose line, pull back the collar, and remove the accessory.

Warranty Coverage
The Rag Company warrants that the ULTRA H2O Auto-Lock Quick Coupler Kit will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase, under normal use and operating conditions.
If a defect arises during the warranty period, The Rag Company will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product,
- Replace it with an identical or equivalent model, or
Issue store credit for the original purchase price.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, impact, or abuse
- Thread stripping or galling caused by cross-threading or severe overtightening
- Exposure to incompatible industrial caustics or un-rinsed acid solutions exceeding normal detailing chemicals
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., internal O-ring wear, exterior scuffs, minor collar friction wear)
- Use in unauthorized industrial or municipal continuous-duty grid settings
- Modifications or unauthorized alterations
- Accidental drops or tool damage from storage/mishandling
Filing a Warranty Claim

Limitations of Liability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
The Rag Company is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from product failure.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have additional rights depending on your jurisdiction.
