The sculpted design and purposeful contours create multiple natural grip points, making it feel secure and balanced throughout the wash process. An included Auto-Lock Quick Coupler allows for fast, one-handed nozzle changes, while the adjustable orientation lets you fine-tune the position to fit your preferred washing style. How to Use
Before You Start:
- Grab-and-go attach to your pressure washer gun
- Confirm your nozzle tip or accessory
Application:
- Make sure the pressure washer is on with Spray Gun attached
- Attach wand to the pressure washer gun
- Insert your chosen spray tip or auxiliary accessory straight into the auto-lock quick coupler until it clicks home
- Test spray away from vehicle
Warranty
Warranty Coverage
The Rag Company warrants that the Ultra H2O Spray Wand will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase, under normal use and operating conditions.
If a defect arises during the warranty period, The Rag Company will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product,
- Replace it with an identical or equivalent model, or
- Issue store credit for the original purchase price.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, impact, or abuse
- Operation above or below recommended pressure parameters
- Clogging from unfiltered or contaminated water solution
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., quick coupler wear, shell scuffing, rubber discoloration)
- Use in unauthorized industrial settings
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Accidental drops or tool damage from storage/mishandling
Filing a Warranty Claim
To file a claim, contact support@theragcompany.com and provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Description of issue
- Photos and/or video of the defect
- Confirmation of operating pressure and use conditions
Limitations of Liability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. The Rag Company is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from product failure.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have additional rights depending on your jurisdiction.
