Armour Quartz Coating

Before You Start:

• Shake well before use
• Avoid direct sunlight
• Wear gloves, eye protection, and a mask
• Test on a small area first to determine flash time
• Colder temps need 2 to 3 minutes before wipe-off
• Warmer temps need 1 to 2 minutes
• Shelf life is 12 months unopened, use within 90 days of opening

Prep:

• Wash and decontaminate with Armour Decon Soap and Iron Remover
• Clay the surface, then polish if needed to correct defects
• Wipe thoroughly with Armour Panel Prep (twice if unpolished)

Application:

• Prime applicator with 3 lines of product
• Apply to 1–2 panels using circular motions for even coverage
• Let sit 1–3 minutes until light haze or sweat beads appear
• Wipe with a short nap towel, then level with a plush towel
• Watch for high spots and streaks, flip towels frequently
• Flip applicator halfway through the vehicle
• For layering, wait 1–2 hours between coats or before applying PHOBIC

Aftercare:

• Allow 4 hours before exposure to moisture
• Optional: Apply Armour AMPLIFY or Ceramic Spray Sealant after 4 hours
• Avoid washing or chemicals for 24 hours

• Flash Time: 1-5 minutes (1.5-2 on average)
• Coverage: 15ml per small car, 30ml per truck
• Water Contact Angle: 105.9° (Tested on True Automotive Panel & Paint)
• Working Temperatures: 40F to 100F.
• Applicable Surfaces: Paint, Paint Protection Film (PPF), Vinyl Wrap, Chrome, Plastic, Wheels, Glass.

Safety Data Sheets

Within 30 days from purchase: TRC will replace items damaged in shipping upon inspection of photos. Opened, used, or partially used products excluded, as well as any degradation from storage or environmental exposure; customer dissatisfaction with scent, color, or consistency; misuse.
