How to Use
Before You Start:
- Shake well before getting started
- Don’t let it dry on the surface, keep things moving
- Skip this wash if your car looks like it went off-roading
- Gear up: gloves, mask, and eye protection recommended
- Always test in a small, hidden spot before going all in
Dilution Ratios:
- 256:1 – 1 oz per 2 gallons for rinseless wash or pre-soak
- 128:1 – Perfect for clay bar lubrication
- 64:1 – Ideal for waterless wash touch-ups
Application:
- Check for heavy dirt or debris, if it’s too dirty, hit it with a pressure rinse first
- Spray pre-soak mix directly on dirty spots and let it sit for a minute to do its thing
- Mix up your rinseless solution in a bucket at 256:1
- Grab your favorite wash towel and tackle one section at a time, flip your towel to a clean side as needed
- Work top to bottom to stay efficient and avoid re-contaminating clean areas
- Dry as you go to keep things streak-free and spotless

Hands down the best performing and best smelling rinseless wash on the market. I use it not only to wash the exterior but also to detail lightly soiled interiors. Hero is also useful in the house for cleaning natural stone such as travertine, showers, hardwood floors, etc. I always have a bottle of 256:1 Hero in a spay bottle and use it for almost every situation where gentle cleaning is needed. I also keep a small spray bottle of Hero 256:1 in my car for quick wiping of screens and surfaces.
